Service Area & Travel Surcharge

Our primary service area covers locations within a 30-mile radius of Nashua, NH 03060. Events booked outside this area may require a travel surcharge, based on driving distance.

During the winter season (December through mid-March), service is limited to the 30-mile radius of Nashua due to weather and safety concerns.

We also provide limited service to select Massachusetts towns just south of the New Hampshire border. These approved towns include:

Pepperell, Tyngsborough, Westford, Ayer, Groton, Townsend, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Lunenburg, and Lowell

Travel surcharges for locations beyond 30 miles generally range from $35 to $55. For Expo and Comicon events outside the state, surcharges start at $100.
