Service Area & Travel Surcharge

Our primary service area covers locations within a 30-mile radius of Nashua, NH 03060. Events booked outside this area may require a travel surcharge, based on driving distance.

During the winter season (December through mid-March), service is limited to the 30-mile radius of Nashua due to weather and safety concerns.

We also provide limited service to select Massachusetts towns just south of the New Hampshire border. These approved towns include:

Pepperell, Tyngsborough, Westford, Ayer, Groton, Townsend, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Lunenburg, and Lowell

Long-Distance Travel Fee:

We include a free service radius of 20 to 30 miles.

For the remaining distance outside your free zone, charge $3 to $4 per extra mile, or a flat long-distance trip surcharge of $100 – $250.

Time Minimums: Require a 3-hour minimum booking instead of 2 hours for locations this far out to ensure the drive and gas are profitable.
